Per CCHIT standards, our system meets their Ambulatory Electronic Health Record(EHR) standards and Child Health criteria for 2011 Comprehensive certification. The EHR is "conditionally certified" pending verification of advanced electronic prescribing capabilities.
As part of the "stimulus" program (American Recovery and Reinvestment Act or ARRA) signed by President Obama last year, physicians who can demonstrate "meaningful use" of "certified EHR technology" will be eligible for up to $44,000 to $64,000 in incentive payments, beginning 2011.
