What information do I need to have when I call to add or expire a provider in my eTHOMAS system?
When you call to add or expire a provider in your eTHOMAS system, please have the following information on-hand:
- The "medsys" (number/name) you wish to add or expire the code from
- The two-character "code" you wish to add or expire
- The name and credentials (MD, DO, DC, etc.) of the provider you wish to add or expire
- The provider’s NPI
