What ICD-10 stuff do you have for me before Oct 1st?
The Genius support team is running almost daily ICD-10 webinars at varying times throughout September. If you've missed participating in one, register and join in now!
Make sure your eTHOMAS system is current and up-to-date, by auto-updating (don't forget to back up your THOMAS and make sure everyone is logged out of the system BEFORE running any auto-update). You must be on the most current version of eTHOMAS to make sure you have all of the new additions and features that have been added to help your transition to ICD-10. Even if you updated a month ago, the updates and changes have not ceased, please make sure you are current. You may also wish to do the following to make sure you are "up" on all of the changes:
“Getting Ready for ICD-10” document for eTHOMAS (the one we've had posted up to our blog since July). Even if you've already looked at or downloaded the .pdf document, you should check it out again as they were going to make some additions as things progressed.
Download/Review the "What's New?" in eTHOMAS document.
Watch the videos that we've posted for you on our YouTube channel. (The documents and videos will tell you about (& show you) the new features, tools, and options.
Still using dTHOMAS or dTHOMAS Lite? We hope not!
Your system will be defunct on Oct 1st, because dTHOMAS cannot handle ICD-10 coding. You need to upgrade ASAP!
Please contact Genius Solutions at 586-751-9080 to upgrade to eTHOMAS, ask for Sales.
If you are a dTHOMAS Lite user, contact our Accounting Department at 586-751-9080 to begin your upgrade process to eTHOMAS.
Watch our one minute video to see how Automated Statements can help your office!
