From Dr. Arkfeld Dear Doctor,
I am pleased to announce that in conjunction with Genius Solutions and 8-Hours of CE's through The Michigan Association of Chiropractors, we will have a Chiropractic Care for Concussion Seminar in Michigan.
Every year over 4-million of concussions are reported in the US alone. This number is actually low because untold numbers are never reported. The number one recommendation for these patients is to go home and rest, that it will take time.
My patient Logan was told that last May after sustaining a concussion in a high school girl's soccer game it would take rest and time. She was told that again in July when she went to a neurologist for her continued headaches and dizziness. When school started in September, the symptoms became worse and she feared for her grades and not being able to play basketball this season.
We got Logan back to performing well in school and when basketball season started she was in the starting lineup. Chiropractic care is the answer for these patients. There are no medications, no surgeries, that can get these patients back into a normal life. They are the most rewarding cases I have treated in over 30-years of practice, and now I want to teach you how to become the concussion genius in your area.
This seminar will teach you how to take a concussion history, perform the examination, the use of the proper ICD-10 codes, and how to treat. For high school athletes, you will be taught how to submit claims for special concussion insurance that is offered by the Michigan High School Athletic Association. You can get paid almost 100% of your charges for these services. I will show you how.
