We've made some changes that make it easier for you to access us and our help materials...If you haven't updated, you might want to.
- We have created a link within eTHOMAS to help make connecting with Genius Solutions easier. When our Support Department asks to connect to your computer, you will now be able to launch our connection tool from within eTHOMAS through Messaging | Connect to GS Support. Use the connection tool only when asked to connect by a Genius Solutions' representative.
*This feature was released with version 9.5.14 of eTHOMAS on 1/28/2016. - We have included a link to our GS Documentation. Access documents such as various training topics, what's new documentation and more (when noted within a change) from Messaging | What's New.
