GS Hosting Clients- Server Upgrades Scheduled for Next Week!


Dear Genius Solutions Inc. Hosting Customers,


Genius Solutions will be performing a network upgrade on
THURSDAY APRIL 30th from 7:00PM - 11:30PM ET.
A connection interruption will occur during this time. A network maintenance period will immediately follow which may include intermittent slowness for a while. Please plan accordingly.


Our next network maintenance period will be:
SUNDAY MAY 3rd from 5PM-11PM ET.

We at Genius Solutions, Inc. want to update all of our customers as to the operations of Genius Solutions, Inc. during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Here's an update on what you need to know right now:
  • Our top priority is the health of team members, clients and partners.
  • We continue to operate a fully staffed Support and Development operation with our all-remote workforce. We have not had any issues regarding support services being impacted as a result of this change.
  • We continue to process all patient statements that our customers submit to us for printing and mailing.
  • We do not anticipate any disruptions to our ability to continue to serve our customers or provide any change in the service levels you have come to expect from us.
  • We are offering a HIPAA compliant Telehealth software package, Backline, via our DrFirst Partner that meets the needed requirements for billing Telehealth visits.
