Dear Genius Solutions Inc. Customer,

We at Genius Solutions, Inc. want to update all of our customers as to the operations of Genius Solutions, Inc. during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Here's an update on what you need to know right now:
  • Our top priority is the health of team members, clients and partners.
  • We continue to operate a fully staffed Support and Development operation with our all-remote workforce. We have not had any issues regarding support services being impacted as a result of this change.
  • We continue to process all patient statements that our customers submit to us for printing and mailing.
  • We do not anticipate any disruptions to our ability to continue to serve our customers or provide any change in the service levels you have come to expect from us.
  • We are offering a HIPAA compliant Telehealth software package, Backline, via our DrFirst Partner that meets the needed requirements for billing Telehealth visits.   • Here is a helpful billing guide posted by AAP.org regarding billing codes for Telehealth services. You may also use cms.gov for helpful information.
  • We continue to provide on-line training services for existing and new customers for any software or service we provide.
