THOMAS... Shared Genius Practice Solutions From one genius to another. June 2017 Sending Statement Files and TSI Profit Recovery Files just got easier! You are now only 1-click away from getting your files to us. The Genius Data Sender program is going away! You will no longer be bounced out of THOMAS to send an automated statement or TSI Profit recovery file. Once you click "Send" using the Send button in THOMAS, your files will.... well, they will just send. One click and done. After you click "Send" everything else will continue to work as it has - for things like automated statements this means, you will look forward to receiving your confirmation letting you know your files were received and your patient statements will go out as always. To use the new one-push "Send" button, you need to be on eTHOMAS version 9.5.28 or higher. Haven't upgraded yet? Now's a great time! This isn't the only new bit of awesome available to you. For more of what has been added or upgraded to eTHOMAS click on the Messaging and What's New button in THOMAS, look up to the top right, next to the "I" button and click on the link to go to our resource page and you will find the booklet and feature updates that have been added, as well as how to use them. For sending automated statements to us, you will use the same button, but with less fuss. Send Files Send Files in THOMAS also allows users to send electronic files such as electronic statements or Profit Recovery files to Genius Solutions. This feature can be used if a file was unable to be sent to Genius Solutions at the time it was prepared. From the Billing tab, click on Send Files from the left menu. Under File Type, select the type of file to be sent. Next to File, click the browse button to select a file to send. Click this "Send" button and it will now be a one-push send to Genius Solutions as well. Update now & Send easy!
