Michigan Molina commercial payer claims edit 277CA in error
Blue Cross EDI recently published a broadcast message regarding a Molina error (shown below). We wanted to make sure you are aware of this if you bill Molina.
"We notified you on May 2, 2019, that Molina commercial payer claims were rejecting in error. Claims submitted on or after May 2 received this edit: A7:21 PAYER ID SUBMITTED IN NM109 OF LOOP 2010BB IS MISSING OR INVALID!
Molina has corrected the issue. Providers can resubmit all affected claims. We apologize for any inconvenience."
